Introduction
The Custom Design of SAW Filters, like that of Custom Integrated Circuits, is complex, requiring design, pattern generation, floor planning, mask-making, photolithography and sophisticated processing.
Benefits
Offering an ideal filter response for your application, SAW comes into its own when relatively large volumes are required at low cost. However, even for smaller quantities SAW can provide economic solutions to the most demanding IF filter specifications.
Design
Our specialist engineers can evaluate your specification for realisation as a SAW filter and quote you performance figures based on our comprehensive in house Computer Aided Design capability.
Prototype
If this design meets your performance requirements we can, using our advanced processing facility, turn round a prototype batch of filters with full electrical performance data for you to evaluate in your application.
Production
Once the design has been agreed you can then be supplied with production quantities of highly reproducible filters from Europe’s leading SAW Manufacturer.
