MESL Microwave extendeds its comprehensive range of substrate drop-ins

MESL Microwave has extended its comprehensive range of substrate drop-ins developed for the military and telecoms markets to cover the space payload sector.

Ideally suited for hybrid, chip and wire manufacture, these light weight, low profile components offer world class S-parameter performance. Available in either circulator or isolator configurations and in single or double junction formats; MESL covers the frequency range 4 to 35GHz.

MESL offer thick film and thin film solutions in either gold or silver for minimum loss.

MESL has extensive experience in the use of substrate drop-ins as well as their manufacture. MESL can complete bond pull testing, sheer testing, X-ray and cross sectional analysis.

The manufacturing processed have been qualified to ESA standard ESCC 3202.

Applications include: T/R modules for Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars, amplifiers, power dividers & combiners, Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA’s)
